Origo Solutions provides professional consulting, technical advisory, AI and automation, cloud architecture, fractional CTO, implementation planning, and related technology services. Because our services are primarily based on professional time, expertise, analysis, planning, and custom work, refunds are handled differently from physical product returns.
1. No Physical Product Returns
Origo Solutions does not primarily sell physical goods through this website. Therefore, returns, exchanges, return shipping, product packaging, and similar ecommerce return terms generally do not apply to our services.
2. Consulting and Professional Services
Payments for completed consulting sessions, advisory work, technical assessments, strategy work, architecture reviews, implementation planning, documentation, meetings, research, analysis, or other professional services are generally non-refundable once the work has been delivered or the scheduled time has been used.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Fractional CTO advisory
- Technical audits and architecture reviews
- AI, automation, and cloud consulting
- AWS architecture and advisory services
- Vendor or development team reviews
- Security, infrastructure, or ownership assessments
- Technical roadmap development
- Discovery sessions, workshops, and strategy sessions
- Custom documentation, reports, or recommendations
3. Project-Based Services
For project-based engagements, refund eligibility will depend on the specific scope, milestones, and payment terms agreed upon in the applicable proposal, statement of work, contract, or written agreement.
Fees paid for completed milestones, delivered work, approved deliverables, or time already spent are generally non-refundable.
If a project is cancelled before completion, Origo Solutions may, at its discretion, issue a partial refund for work not yet performed, minus any time, costs, administrative work, third-party expenses, platform fees, or committed resources already incurred.
4. Retainers and Ongoing Engagements
For monthly retainers or ongoing advisory engagements, fees are generally billed in advance and are non-refundable once the service period has started.
Either party may cancel or modify an ongoing engagement according to the cancellation terms stated in the applicable written agreement, proposal, or statement of work.
Unused time under a retainer does not automatically roll over unless this is expressly agreed in writing.
5. Discovery Calls
Free discovery calls, when offered, are provided at no cost and do not create any refund obligation.
Paid discovery sessions, technical consultations, workshops, or strategy calls are generally non-refundable once the session has occurred or if the client fails to attend without prior notice.
6. Client Delays or Lack of Response
Refunds will not be issued due to delays caused by the client’s failure to provide required information, access, approvals, credentials, documents, feedback, stakeholder availability, or other dependencies necessary to complete the work.
If a project is paused due to lack of client response, Origo Solutions may resume work once the required information is provided, subject to availability and any applicable revised timeline.
7. Third-Party Costs
Payments made to third-party providers are non-refundable unless the third-party provider grants a refund directly.
Third-party costs may include, but are not limited to:
- Cloud hosting fees
- Software subscriptions
- AI platform usage
- API usage
- Domain, hosting, or infrastructure costs
- Plugin, theme, or SaaS licenses
- Payment processor fees
- Marketplace or platform fees
Clients are responsible for reviewing third-party pricing, billing terms, refund policies, and usage charges.
8. Digital Deliverables
Digital deliverables such as reports, architecture diagrams, technical documentation, implementation plans, code, templates, process documentation, or strategic recommendations are generally non-refundable once delivered.
9. Satisfaction and Good-Faith Resolution
Our goal is to provide clear, high-quality, professional service. If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us so we can review the situation in good faith.
Depending on the circumstances, Origo Solutions may offer one or more of the following at its discretion:
- Clarification of delivered work
- Reasonable revisions within the original scope
- Additional explanation or documentation
- A partial credit toward future services
- A partial refund for work not yet performed
Any resolution will depend on the nature of the engagement, work completed, payments made, and the terms of the applicable agreement.

- Date of purchase or payment
- Description of the service
- Reason for the refund request
- Any relevant agreement, invoice, or payment confirmation

11. Payment Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, credit card company, or platform used for the transaction.
Origo Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment processors, or third-party platforms.
12. Platform-Based Engagements
If services are purchased through a third-party platform, marketplace, or partner channel, the refund and dispute process may be governed by that platform’s own policies in addition to any agreement between the parties.
In the event of a conflict, the terms of the platform or signed written agreement may apply to that specific engagement.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
